I placed my order online and had made a request to have the flowers wrapped instead of placed in a vase. Within minutes of placing my order, the store called to work out the details of what I wanted. They were extremely accommodating and helpful. On the day of pickup, the flowers looked wonderful and were ready upon my arrival. The lovely employee, whose name I didn’t get, was very kind and ensured the flowers were wrapped securely. Fantastic experience-easy order process and when I had a question about delivery for a funeral service after ordering online, a phone call to them was answered quickly and with the highest level of professionalism and friendliness. I live outside of the Frederick area but rest assured Amour is in my contact list should I need to send flowers in that vicinity again in the future!
